If you LOVE people, like to keep things clean and organized, and dreamed of actually having the time to enjoy Maui, then this might just be for you. We have an opening coming up for a mature couple to help run our 5 guest room 'Bed and Breakfast' with another couple. Both couples live on site full time, and each couple would be responsible for running the business 50% of the time. Current schedule is 'week on, week off' which starts as soon as you are trained (90 day training period) but this can be adjusted. Duties include being available 24/7 while on shift (this is why we hire a couple, as one person will be at the house manning guests and phones, the other can do the shopping or running errands), cleaning (and lots of it!), light maintenance, shopping, booking activities, taking reservations, checking guests in (and out) and being happy! I care more about you as people, so beside including what you can "do" and where you have worked, please include what you like and tell me about your expectations. Sorry, but we do not have the living accommodations for kids or pets.

Has an 'knack' for organization
Believes that 'time' is more important than 'money'
Has been called a "chatty catty" by your friends
Likes it when things are cleaned and maintained, but doesn't depend on others to keep it that way.
Believes that 'people' are more important than 'things.'
Has an 'eye' for things that need to get done, other than just working off a check list.
Has dreamed of living on an island, but also having the time to enjoy it.
Has experienced a communal living situation (where you share the kitchen, laundry, etc.)
Is a self motivator, who takes pride in their work, but doesn't need a slap on the back every ten minutes.
Good communication skills.
The Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking facility. Staff may be subject to random drug tests.
