Kauai Sugarloaf Pineapple, Hole in the Mountain Farm is looking for an Order Fulfillment Assistant to start immediately at 20-40 hours per week. Hours are somewhat flexible. Wages $15 + depending on experience.
You will work under the supervision of the owner to help facilitate the preparation, packaging, and shipping of Kauai Sugarloaf Pineapple to customers across the country. You must be organized, detail oriented, have a positive work attitude, great work ethic and a sense of pride about the work you accomplish. You must be ready to work on a myriad of tasks that make up our unique shipping operation, keep a good work pace, follow directions, work as a team as well as independently and unsupervised.

Responsibilities
creating FedEx labels from internet orders
preparing pineapple for shipment
packing pineapple for shipment
managing email questions and concerns
maintaining inventory of shipping supplies
Job Qualifications
Basic computer skills a must
Ability to use Word
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Excellent attendance and punctuality
A desire to maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Professional work ethic and effective communication skills
Ability to take direction and follow established guidelines
Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and also work as a team to meet hard deadlines
Ability to complete repetitive tasks (such as sealing boxes) efficiently and precisely, understanding that we sell an exotic, perishable product that must meet our high quality standards to satisfy our customers
Ability to meet physical demands including extended periods of standing throughout the day, and lifting up to 40lbs
Ability to take on additional tasks as needed based on the changing needs of a small business
