Tour Marketing and Sales (WAILEA)
Maui Undersea Adventures has Part-time positions available for the services as a Tour Sales Agent.
Tour and Rental hours are 7 days a week year-round from 7am to 3pm wind, weather and wave dependent.
Pay is hourly based, plus commissions and tips, paid bi-weekly.
This position requires an individual with excellent service skills, effective communication and interpersonal behaviors, self-initiative, reliability, promptness, and a well groomed appearance.
The duties and environment require a physically fit individual with stamina for hot days on the beach, good ocean knowledge and skilled in Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
Duties include Tour coordination and tracking on software, Hotel Concierge communication, Guest interaction and hosting, equipment sizing and issue, room charge/cash/credit card transaction accounting, waiver record keeping, and excellent organizational, maintenance, and clean-up details.
