Dear applicants,
IvyGoal Education is an international tutoring company with over 10 locations worldwide.
We are looking for 1-2 part-time online tutors.
Subjects: English,
Student Grade Level: 1-12th, various.
Available tutoring time slots: flexible. Most of our students are in California. Also, Saturday after 9 am.
Application process:
1. Take an online vocabulary and English assessment: https://canvas.instructure.com/enroll/LLLBH4. Based on your level, we will place you for the right level of classes (about 15 minutes). Please start at the 7th-grade level.
2. Submit your resume & schedule availability.
3. After you complete steps 1&2, we will set up a Zoom interview online.
Requirements:
1. Has advanced vocabulary skills: must pass 90% of 7 & 8th-grade vocab test.
2. Accountable because you will NOT be micro-managed.
3. Feel comfortable with (or can learn quickly) Zoom, Canvas LMS, and other online teaching tools.
4. Love and care!
This is an ideal job for people who enjoy English teaching and prefer an afternoon schedule.
