Immediate Job Openings for Afterschool Group Leaders at a Public charter school.
Perfect for retirees, college students or individuals interested in working with local keiki.
In need of positive and self-motivated individuals that will strive to make all activities meaningful and enjoyable for every child in our afterschool programs. Able to follow schedules, plan and implement activities, can ensure that groups of kids are under control and always supervised and able to set a positive example for children and peer to follow. Some experience working with children is helpful however we are also willing to train those without any experience.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age, able to pass a fingerprinting and background check, have the ability to lift 40 lbs., be physically fit to supervise and participate with school aged children in sports and other activities that may require running, jumping, bending and squatting; ability to stand for up to (4) four hours, if necessary to the activity being presented.
