Responsibilities:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will:
⢠Provide one-on-one services to children under 14 years old with developmental intellectual disabilities.
⢠Support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities reach their fullest potential.
⢠Services are provided in a home and community-based setting, in which you help client's work towards individualized goals.
Qualifications:
Qualifications for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
⢠Must be at least 18 years of age
⢠Must have a high school diploma
⢠Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities
⢠Minimum one year of verifiable work experience preferably in the Behavioral field
⢠Strong assessment and organizational skills
⢠Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
⢠Solid communication a skills
