Nā Liko, LLC is currently hiring Leaders for our Aina Haina Elementary School Off Campus Day Program!
Overview:
Nā Liko staff are care providers and behavioral models for the keiki enrolled in our programs. Our goal is to create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for both our staff and the keiki in our care. Leaders are highly-valued members of the Nā Liko team, who contribute to the daily operations of our programs by providing supervision, instruction, homework assistance, and direction in an interactive role. Join a start-up company built on years of experience and gain experience working with K-8 students! You will receive a lot of training and work with the company founders and managers.
The child care is for the school employee's children and other students at the school on their "off days" from in-school learning. There will be 2 staff members operating the program out of a classroom at the school. Each day will have 10-15 students in the class (there will be two groups of 10-15 students each, rotating attendance every other day). We have COVID-19 guidelines in place that will need to be strictly enforced. Primary goals will be helping students complete their "off day" school work.
