Details:
Course materials and complete daily lesson plans are provided, so teachers don't need to create their own. However, there is opportunity for teachers to supplement or augment our standard teaching approach if you have ideas to help us improve.
Paid working time is 2 hours per day (6:10pm-8:10pm). Each class is 6:30pm-8:00pm. Remaining 30 minutes (20 minutes before and 10 minutes after) is used for preparation and cleanup.
If there is ever an opportunity for extra work, the teacher may always choose to decline, and if they do work extra, they will always be paid properly.
Teacher may stay on as a regular for future semesters, depending on success of first course. If you continue, you may get the option to teach two courses (Mon/Wed and Tue/Thu) simultaneously.
