• Be part of a cross-functional product team that respects, supports, and pushes for continuous improvement
• Serve as key leader and expert on DevOps practices
• Set the team's technical direction for development, operations, testing; Define implementation strategy that creates robust, scalable, well-designed software built for long-term maintainability
• Mentor Engineers in building software development, infrastructure, testing, deployment, maintaining and our DevOps pipelines
• Lead project planning, scheduling, status reporting and project budgets; establish and analyze staffing requirements within guidelines; implement projects consistent with long-range IT plans and installation standards
• Identify Client MVPs
• Automate Development and Infrastructure activities
• Secure infrastructure and automate security controls
• Conduct design, process, and infrastructure/security reviews
• Lead application team onboarding efforts
• Work with clients and vendors to develop a best-in-class DevOps solution.
• Review other engineers' work and code for effectiveness and alignment to team technical standards
• Grow the technical understanding of the stakeholders in and around the team
• Navigate regulatory landscape and creates solutions and plans that address key risks and controls
• Engage with cross-functional co-located teams in design, development and implementation of enterprise scalable features related to enabling higher developer productivity, environment monitoring and self-healing, and facilitate autonomous delivery teams
• Orchestrates all phases of the development lifecycle from task creation to production deployment of new code
• Communicate with key stakeholders the technical design while ensuring customer satisfaction and business goals and visions are met

• DevOps practitioners for continuous improvement and deployment of software solutions
• Experienced with IT and Software Architecture and Systems Integrations
• Experienced in multiple object-oriented programming languages
• Highly experienced with implementing and using AWS or other similar cloud technologies
• Experienced in software development risks
• Able to maintain a high level of coding, testing, and engineering standards
• Able to be flexible and adaptable if changes in priorities occur
• Practicers of continuous improvement

• Knowledge experts of industry standards and best practices

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading teams of DevSecOps teams and initiatives.
• 12+ years directly related professional experience performing DevSecOps, Infrastructure Automation, Cloud Architecture, and/or Virtualization/ Linux Administration
• Proficient with CI/CD and DevOps
• Proficient with Git, Containerization, and Microservices Architectures
• Strong scripting and task automation skills utilizing Python, Perl, Ruby, Java or PowerShell; hands-on experience working with Jenkins, Octopus, GitLab or similar CI/CD platforms and proficiency using Git to store and deploy code; experience with AWS or Azure
• Passion for learning new technologies and applying design patterns
• Demonstrated ability to drive and articulate technical challenges and solutions
• BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration or other related business, scientific, or technical discipline.

• Effective communicator that is experienced in collaborating with customers, UX, and non-technical partners
• Multi disciplined experience with exposure to big data, AI/ML, event-streaming, edge-computing, and or cybersecurity solutions
