ERP Functional Analyst

Position Description
CGI is seeking an ERP Functional Analyst to join our team!

Looking for someone who enjoys leveraging their analytical and enterprise resource planning (ERP) knowledge as a consult assisting our government clients to not only successfully implement ERP solutions but to help them gain the most benefit from their ERP investment.
You will an individual contributor, as well as, relish working as a team player in a highly collaborative, modern agile implementation environment.

You will leverage their government financial accounting, procurement, budgeting, Human Resource, or Payroll experience, but is unafraid to learn new tools and solutions to hone their craft and improve how they can make our clients successful.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Strong analytical thinking with great client-facing oral and written communication skills that will be applied to help understand, document, assess, recommend, and implement approaches to help our state and local government and education clients successfully implement new, modern systems to improve their business processes.

Opportunity to leverage existing and expand upon subject matter expertise. Potential multiple growth paths including senior subject matter expert/consultant and future team lead/project management opportunities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Implementation experience with ERP systems, specifically with CGI Advantage.

Implementation knowledge of CGI Advantage includes configuration, setup (e.g., chart of accounts, budget, event types, pay events etc.) to help government clients get the most out of their ERP. Understanding of IT technologies as enablers for helping our clients leverage those technologies to improve their decision making (e.g., data analytics) and their business processes (e.g., using ERP and other solutions to improve productivity and efficiency).

Skill Set/Years of Experience:

ERP experience - 3-10 years
Implementation experience - 1+ projects

Business analysis - 3-10 years
Implementation experience - 2+ projects

Strong written/oral communications - 3-10 years

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
