Seeking a reliable cleaner to for our vacation rental. This is a part time job, perfect for someone who has a flexible schedule and wants to earn a steady income. Applicant is responsible for ensuring our vacation rental home is clean and ready for new guests. This home consists of 5 rooms that are each rented out short term
At this time we are not looking to work with outside cleaning companies, we are looking to hire an individual.
Responsibilities include:
Turning over rooms between guests
Laundry, including sorting/folding
Using several phone apps to communicate, complete clean checklists, and to view schedule
Reporting any damaged or worn items
Managing time efficiently
We also ask that you:
Have active communication via our management phone app to view the schedule and tasks
Can legally work in the US (1099 contracted job)
Be able to provide references from past employers
Have your own reliable transportation and driver's license
We are looking for someone who is:
Super reliable
An excellent communicator
Extremely skilled at time management
Able to work a flexible schedule
Willing to take initiative
Able to clean to the highest standards and notice small details
Is open to feedback
Monthly Salary: $1400 - $1800 (On average) Paid Weekly. More if wanted.
Hours: 10 AM to 1 PM (3-6 days per week)
