Well-rounded manager to oversee coffee shop and catering operations
Maui's Best Banana Bread + Coffee Co. is a well-established business located in the heart of beautiful Lahaina is looking for a responsible, well-rounded manager to oversee coffee shop and catering operations. The company is both a coffee shop and catering company for Sail Maui's Paragon and 'Alihilani boats. We are looking for a standout team player who is comfortable working in front and back of house, learning new positions and updating our current policies & procedures. Candidate must be willing to work front and back of house shifts during training and learn every aspect of the business.

IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:
Minimum of 2+ years of in-house Management Exp.
Barista & food prep//catering/hospitality experience
Experience with Square, FareHarbor and Google Suite
Food Handlers Certificate and ability to understand & follow State of Hawaii Dept. of Health requirements
Managing employees; recruiting/interviewing/hiring/etc, maintaining work ethic and setting a positive example
Scheduling
Payroll review & approval
Inventory control & ordering
Quality control
