Longhiâs is family owned and operated, and has been serving the island community since 1976. Longhiâs was Mauiâs first contemporary farm to table restaurant. We use the freshest and best ingredients we can purchase. We only serve fresh Hawaiian fish, prime steaks, organic chicken, air flown lobster, clams, mussels, and scallops. We make all of our sauces, dressings, baked goods, and gelato.
