The ideal candidate is balanced, but specialized either in BOH as a Chef or FOH in hospitality. This individual will work closely with the owners but have the ability to Recruit/Hire Staff, drive social media, menu decisions, and create SOPs. Future growth plans will soon become a multi store and potentially multi island opportunity.
Total compensation package with benefits could approach up to $125,000 taking into account paid benefits and cash tip opportunities.
