What You'll Do:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the stall.

- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of the operation, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.

- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members (including performance management).

- Schedule employees effectively to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs.

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to improve employee skills and performance.

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and mutual respect.

- Uphold high standards of customer service and quality control to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and build customer loyalty.

- Monitor financial performance and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service standards.

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes.

- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any potential hazards or violations.

- Train staff on proper food handling procedures, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.

- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation, product development, and process improvement.

- Solicit feedback from customers, employees, and other stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement and implement appropriate changes.

We'd love it if you had:

- Food service, restaurant and/or kitchen management experience (Minimum 2 years preferred)

- Proficiency in POS systems

- Strong background in supervising and team management

- Excellent customer service skills

- Familiarity with inventory management and control

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
