Prep Cook - PV Eats
We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Prep Cooks to join our PV Eats team! PV Eats is a locally-owned marketplace, restaurant and wine bar that’s as unique as Kaua‘i’s North Shore itself. PV Eats offers gourmet food, picnic bites, coffee and fresh juices for on the go, as well as a restaurant serving up a variety of dishes made with fresh, local ingredients and world-inspired flavors.
Responsibilities:
-Preparing menu items from prepped ingredients
-Consistent execution of standardized recipes
-Maintaining product quality standards
-Observe and enforce company standard operating procedures
-Ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
-Supporting prep duties as necessary
-Providing excellent customer service
