Positions Available:
Lunch Lead Kitchen Prep (part time)
Hours: 8am-4pm (hours vary by shift)
We are currently looking for individuals that are flexible to work
any days of the week and hold a valid "Food Safety Education Program"
certificate issued by the Hawaii State Dept of Health. (or be willing to get one)
Approximately 1-2weeks of initial kitchen training will be done
in the evenings. (4pm-12am)
Job Description:
As Kitchen staff: Prepare, cook and present food items in a quick and efficient manner.
As Lead kitchen: Be able to lead and control the team to have adequate food prepped for lunch
and dinner service. Make sure all items are properly labeled and consumed using the FIFO system.
Update managers on inventory and assist in ordering as it comes necessary. Control food waste at all times.
Must be able to see,smell,touch,taste the food and determine freshness of stocked items. Make sure kitchen is
sanitary and make sure staff are following all health department rules.
Compensation: $13-$18/hr (including tips)
