Paradise Cove Luau is looking for Full Time Reservation Agents to join our Reservations Team at our Ko'olina location.
The candidate we are looking for will provide outstanding Customer Service, Multi-task daily duties which will consist of answering calls from guests inquiring about our nightly luau and custom events, changes, upgrades, ticketing, order fulfillment, web bookings, sorting/filing, and dispatching.
Prior Hospitality Reservations Experience and knowledge of Waikiki hotel locations is a plus. Must also be able to give clear and detailed instructions regarding our hotel pick up points and luau venue location.

-Ability to prioritize and meet multiple daily deadlines.
