Candidates should have a passion for quality food and desire to learn. Below requirements are a must for all candidates:
-Minimum 2 years of recent kitchen experience in a prep cook position
-Strong knife and food handling skills
-Positive attitude and a strong teamwork ethos
-Basic knowledge of scratch cooking in a professional kitchen setting
-Positive employment record (pass reference check)
-Basic food safety knowledge
