Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Requirements:
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Confident and passionate about the hospitality and service industry.
- Team leading experience with the ability to manage a team of 25 individuals.
- Extensive experience in Restaurant Management.
- Extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine, products and understanding consumer needs in order to deliver a unique experience to our customers.
- Knowledge of Point of Sales Systems or ability to learn a new system quickly.
- No criminal record.
- Clean driving license.
Duties and Tasks:
- Managing and supporting a team with in the restaurant during regular business hours.
- Driving sales and positive promotion of the restaurant.
- Accurate daily reporting of key performance in the restaurant to head office.
- Day to day duties in Restaurant Management, assisting in set up, service and closing.
- Directly managing a team of 25 young individuals in order to exceed customer expectations while dinning at the restaurant.
- Working "unsociable hours" including double shifts, late evening, weekends, and holidays.
- Team building, including, hiring/firing, training, monitoring and disciplining staff.
- Working and building strong relationships with restaurant customers.
- Following and training health and safety requirements.
- Working with senior management on following and implementing company procedures for current and new employees.
