ABOUT SHOKUDO:
With the dynamic pairings of Food, Ambiance and Fun, Shokudo has grown to one of the Hottest Restaurant in all of Hawaii. Featuring specialty cocktails, unique rolls, spectacular sushi and sashimi, as well as signature dishes such as The Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice, Mochi Cheese Gratin and our famous Honey Toast. Shokudo is an unexpected twist in Japanese fusion dining.
An ideal candidate must:
* Possess a POSITIVE "Can Do" Attitude
* Have a "sense of urgency" for the completion of responsibilities/tasks
* Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
* Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to change
* Be dedicated and willing to go above and beyond
* Have strong communication skills
* Be flexible depending on business needs; broader availability increases number of hours
* Be willing to learn. Experience is preferred but not necessary
