StripSteak Waikiki, a Michael Mina restaurant, is looking for an experienced, excellence-oriented SERVER to join our Award Winning restaurant located in International Marketplace!
Our Server will work well in a fast paced environment, have an impeccable eye for detail, demonstrate a positive attitude, and a desire to be part of an innovative upscale restaurant!

Candidates must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with excellent knowledge of basic food and alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2/4 year of fine dining service experience. Knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving dining room experience and thorough knowledge of fine dining, service procedures and functions.
Cleanliness, organization and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position.
Food and wine knowledge a plus.
High school or equivalent education required.
Possess a valid Tuberculosis Card.
Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment.
