The Villas is looking for genuinely caring Activities Associates who LOVES working with our Kupuna (elders) in a fun, fast paced, 5-star, team environment. Under the direct supervision of our Activities Director our Activities Associates plan, coordinate, implement, and assess activities that our based on our guest preference in both individual and group settings. Our Activities Associates also works closely with facility staff to plan and implement special events and holiday celebrations.

We provide skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our mission is "Caring for Our Ohana,” this includes all of our guests, their families, our employees, and our community. The primary focus of The Villas is short stay, high acuity guests.

Successful Activities Associate Applicants MUST:
• Be an outgoing, people person who loves our Kupuna (elders).
• Have a high School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent command of the English Language, both written and verbal.
• Pass criminal background check, TB and drug screen.
• Experience in long term care or healthcare setting is preferred.
Hours:
Part-time, day shift is available that may include occasional early evening and weekend work.
