Garden Isle is looking for a genuinely caring, values based, Nurse Manager who is passionate about providing clinical excellence and genuine care in a fast paced, relationship based, skilled nursing facility. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, our Nurse Managers oversee the operation of a nursing unit and the daily delivery of quality care to our guests. Our Nurse Managers are responsible for implementing and tracking the effectiveness of nursing programs, implement plans or policies designed to enhance the quality of guest care services at the unit level and keeps Director of Nursing informed of both progress and potential problems, as well as coordinates unit admissions, discharges, transfers, and oversees Infection Control.

Successful Nurse Manager Applicants MUST:
â¢Pass criminal background check and drug screen.
â¢Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
â¢Possess a minimum of 2-years of professional nursing experience.
â¢Possess a minimum of 1-year of experience supervising others.
â¢(Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered.)
Hours:
Full-time, day shift from Monday Friday, evening, night, and weekend shifts may be necessary at times.
