Under Administrator supervision, assists with pre-screening and coordination of admission process. Required to function in an effective and organized manner in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern facility to ensure highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Prepares required reports and documents and works closely with Directors of Nursing, Social Service, and other managers and departments. Performs other duties as required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, basic knowledge of medical terminology, knowledge of basic personal computer skills (spreadsheets and word processing) required - must be able to type 40 words/minute on computer, must possess current valid driver's license and vehicle, possess good inter-personal skills and communication. BSW or equivalent and prior employment experience in a community or health setting, with long-term care experience preferred.
