Our 8 doctor practice is looking for highly motivated CSR/customer service representatives/front office staff to join our ohana as we expand. We are a family oriented, full service, multi-doctor small animal hospital striving to create a working environment that is upbeat, enthusiastic, and client/patient focused. Overall Qualifications:
Applicants must enjoy working with clients and pets, have a friendly and easy going demeanor, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Individuals should be team-oriented, reliable, have a strong work ethic, strong initiative, a sense of responsibility, excellent attendance, and possess a desire to excel. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care to all our patients, so you should enjoy the process of educating clients and helping them to take exceptional care of their pet(s). Equally important is the ability to work within and contribute to maintaining our fast-paced, upbeat, and fun work environment; as well as desiring to develop a long-term, vested interest in contributing to the growth and well-being of our organization. Individuals with previous experience in a veterinary clinic, daycare, or similar program are HIGHLY desired, but candidates with the appropriate attitude, ability to learn quickly, and desire to excel will be considered. The ideal candidate would be flexible in his/her scheduling including at least one evening and weekend. Reliability and dependability are a MUST. Employees must have schedule availability to work at least two closing (12:30-9:30pm) and one weekend shift.
Position Specific Qualifications:
CSR(Customer Service Representatives)/Receptionists/Front Office Staff- Interacting with clients and presenting a courteous and professional image is the primary role. Applicants will perform general office work, cashiering duties, and light retail stocking. Having excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and being computer proficient are a must. Experience preferred but willing to substitute education and training for suitable applicant showing innate customer service skills.
Technicians- Working to ensure all patients receive a superior level of care our technicians should be dedicated, knowledgeable, and highly self-motivated. Individuals should be proficient in all animal restraint and treatments, have the ability to multi-task, anticipate the needs of the veterinarians, and work at a FAST pace. Record keeping and communication skills are a must. Experience and certification MANDATORY.
