We are looking for an experienced recruiter to manage our soon to open Honolulu office. This person will be responsible for the full cycle of the recruiting process to meet the staffing needs of the organization throughout the State including the neighbor islands. The right person will be creative, persistent, and professional. Local experience and contacts are highly desirable.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and posting ads in various media, utilize online recruiting sources, job sites and social media. This person must be creative to source candidates via diverse strategies including networking, internet research, all recruiting channels, etc.
You will be responsible for doing initial screenings and subsequent interviews. Interviews will be conducted in person, over the phone, or through Skype.
You will be inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the recruiting database in addition to general office duties including answering the phone, filing, faxing and record keeping.
