Farm Caretaker Position -Work Trade- Kauai/Moloaa
Seeking a responsible and self-motivated caretaker to help maintain a 22-acre organic fruit farm on Kauai. As part of the arrangement, you’ll have access to:
-3,000 fruit trees to pick from for personal consumption.
-A beautiful wood fire cedar sauna
-An outdoor pizza oven
Job Duties:
-General maintenance and operation of weed whackers, chainsaws, and zero turn mowers
-Basic irrigation repairs and upkeep
-Assisting with overall farm maintenance and land care
-Two 8-hour workdays per week
-Must be willing to respond to urgent farm issues outside scheduled days when necessary
Ideal candidates should be physically capable, able to follow instructions with consistency, possess a strong work ethic and integrity, be comfortable working outdoors in the sun, have no substance abuse issues, and have experience in equipment maintenance, land management, and basic repairs. Must be emotionally stable, respectful, and able to communicate clearly without conflict or drama.
