“Looking for cleaners who wants to start their own cleaning business”
WORK SUMMARY: The Cleaning Contractor is responsible for keeping assigned facilities clean.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Cleaning facilities floors, including tiled and carpeted areas.
2. Gathering trash and emptying trash bins.
3. Cleaning offices, break rooms, restrooms and keeping supplies in stock.
4. Cleaning mirrors, partitions, doors, elevators, etc.
5. Responds to cleaning request.
6. Informs Maintenance Managers of supplies that need to be ordered and equipment that needs to be repaired.
7. Customer service and able to work as a team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be over 18 years old.
Must have legal permission to work in the US.
Walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, coordination and following of instructions.
Willingness to undergo background check.
Holder of valid US driver's license is preferred but not required.
