Maintenance Person
Wanted: Immediate opening for a full time maintenance person for large townhouse complex located in the Temple Valley area of Kaneohe. Position requires a valid drivers license and drivers abstract. Able to lift 75 lbs. Flexible shift and must be available to work weekends and holidays. Covers removal of refuse duties, pool maintenance, and some janitorial work. Ability to use standard power tools, minor carpentry repairs including minor, building, gate and fence repairs. Power washing the common area. May include some tree removal and removal of the debris. Assist with clearing of drainage canals. Must possess an excellent attitude and must be able to work independently when required. Salary commensurate with experience.
