Site Manager
700 plus unit high rise
Seeking a full-time Site Manager with building maintenance and organizational skills. Prospective candidate must be able to problem solve and have good communication skills to handle the day-to-day operations of the building and to communicate/report to the Board of Directors and Property Manager. Site Manager will be required to attend all Regular Board and Annual Meetings. Must be able to understand the building's governing documents, enforce house rules and maintain/update records and files.
Prospective candidate must successfully pass pre-employment requirements.
Salary is commensurate on experience and qualifications.
