I am looking for motivated, reliable, and energetic individual(s) with janitorial/vacation rental experience to clean my vacation rental. Hours are usually 10am-3pm. Position is a pay per clean $125 per clean to start. This is an independent contractor position. You and the IRS will be provided a 1099 at the end of each year.
Position Summary
I have a 3-bedroom 2 bath home, that need to be cleaned weekly when I have guests check in and checking out. I have a detailed check list of what is expected each clean and I provide all cleaning supplies, vacuums, etc.
Good communication skills, must be able to communicate with manager/owner
Must have a flexible schedule
Must have experience with cleaning houses
Must be able to pass a back-ground check.
Must be punctual, hardworking and honest
Must be able to work without supervision
Must have a positive attitude
Must have a license and reliable transportation
Must have a cell phone with texting and photo capabilities
Must be physically able to do all aspects of cleaning and lift 25lbs
Must be drug/alcohol free
