SUMMARY

A Business Development Representative (BDR) guides customers either through to setting and maintaining an appointment, or to the correct individual in the proper department. A BDR is also responsible for improving overall customer satisfaction after each interaction with another department. Finally, a BDR is responsible for maintaining information for, as well as helping targeted marketing campaigns reach their intended audience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Adhere to the Principles of I Kitagawa & Co., acting as ambassadors inside and outside of work.

Welcome clients by phone in a pleasant and professional manner.

Assist with advertising for the dealerships.

Create, build, and maintain customer relationship.

Follow appointment process of I Kitagawa and Company.

Follow scripts appropriate to the contact.

Assist/triage customers in getting to the desired experts.

Help to constantly improve the BDC through creativity and input.

Handle clients concerns with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers clients to the appropriate individuals for resolution.

Maintain a professional appearance.

Keep work area neat and clean.

Perform other duties as assigned.
