Job Description:
This position provides primary administrative support to the CEO. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, answering incoming calls, arranging and coordinating meetings and preparing reports.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist and support all functions and responsibilities of the CEO.
Serve as the primary contact for the CEOs office with all company employees, the public, vendors, and business
contacts.
Perform all office functions and related support services in interfacing with same.
Prepares letters, memos, work plans, statistics, reports and forms; various documents
Coordinates travel arrangements for executives.
Handle highly confidential information.
REQUIREMENTS:
Computer proficient in MS suite of products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, Publisher,
Must have professional, courteous and pleasant demeanor in interacting with general public, ability to
organize/prioritize workload and excellent communication skills.
Strong writing ability
Able to handle multiple projects/tasks concurrently.
Ability to manage highly confidential matters.
General math skills.
