Join our growing team at Talent HR Solutions as a Benefits Coordinator! You’ll support our Benefits department with health insurance enrollments, employee benefit administration, and client support.

What You’ll Do:
Assist with health, dental, and insurance enrollments and terminations
Support employees with benefits questions and claims
Maintain benefit records in our HR system
Help with open enrollment and compliance reporting
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of benefits or office administration experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
