Title:Truck Dispatcher

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-2pm
Pay: Up to $50K, DOE (depending on experience)
Location: Honolulu, parking available

Truck Dispatcher Job Duties:
Daily tracking of delivery trucks while adjusting schedules during the day as needed due to traffic, customer, and manufacturer’s needs
Oversight of loading sequences for all commodities into trucks for deliveries
Work directly with Branch Manager and Warehouse Lead to run operations efficiently
Perform physical warehouse/truck functions as needed to ensure all deadlines and customer demands are met daily
Monitoring driver’s performance on a “ride along”, reviewing time stops, paperwork accuracy, and credit completion
Trucker Dispatcher Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
CDL license preferred (but not required)
1-2 years of customer service/call center experience, and dispatcher/scheduling experience
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and external partners/vendors
Must be deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle a high intake of calls and schedule routes
