Well established local real estate company is looking to hire a FULL-TIME, EXPERIENCED, Resident Manager for a multi-family complex with 144 units.
Resident Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project, including administrative and on site facilites. Resident Manager is required to work with onsite staff to maintian the property's appearance and working order and be able to communicate well with tenants and to ensure health and safetly of all involved.
Must be computer literate and prior project management is a plus.
