Aloha!
I am a real estate brokering Maui and looking for an Oahu realtor to place some tenants for me in May in the event I am not able to fly over. You should be able to do this part time on the side, I will be doing all the marketing, advertising, and tenant screening just mostly looking for someone to show it to prospects and some turn over supervision.prefer someone with a license. (You should be able to do this and stay with your current Broker)
Also looking for another Broker to be in charge sometimes. Very small company only a few agents but would love to have another broker just in times of travel. Can be located in Oahu or Maui.
