We are Aloha Hat Company located at the Shops at Wailea mall. We are passionate about what we do and love having fun styling our customers every day. Our inspirations are Humphrey Bogart and Audrey Hepburn along with L.L. Cool J. We not only carry every type of hat imaginable but also select luxury shoe and sunglass brands. Our store is very unique and we sell special items you won't find elsewhere on the islands.

What you need to offer:
1) Positive hard worker that is effective by yourself and also with a team
2) Inspired by fashion
3) Eager to learn and can do so by reading and understanding material and retaining information that you can bring out when needed
4) Can handle cash and work with POS systems. Must have at least have a basic understanding of how to use iOS and Apple products
5) Flexible schedule. Mall hours are from 9:30AM to 9:00 PM and weekly schedules will be mix of morning and evenings including weekends.
6) Stable, professional, drama free
We are currently hiring to fill full-time positions. Minimum base pay is $13-15/Hr based on ability and experience, plus you will receive a bonus on all your sales. Our employees average $18 per hour after bonus and much more is possible. No complicated team goals or goals you cannot hit. We pay well for the right people, more than other stores here in our mall (we've checked and you can too), but we are looking for the best out there. Is that you?
