Sales Associates
Cookies is a locally owned and operated women's fashion boutique with 8 locations, Hawaii Kai, Ward, Mililani, Kapolei, Ala Moana, Pearlridge, Kaneohe and Kailua-Kona and Waikoloa.
We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated leader's who are totally dedicated to fashion and great customer service. If you love fashion and enjoy sharing your style with others, this is the job for you
ESSENTIAL SALES FUNCTIONS
Greet and engage retail customers, understand their needs and deliver an optimum customer experience
Turn one time customers into lifetime customers
Contribute to store sales plans by recommending and describing merchandise and the long term care of each item
Collaborate and partner with sales team to ensure a positive retail experience for the customer
QUALIFICATIONS
Retail background in Women's fashion
Basic Mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication
Basic computer applications: Word and Excel and Email functions
POS (point of Sale) experience
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
