Hawaiian South Shore is not the typical surf shop.
We're a "surf boutique" for locals and visitors looking for that extra special customer service.
They come to shop for boutique style clothing, high quality surfboards and accessories.
Clothing brand knowledge and surf equipment knowledge are very important.
If you are a beginner, or even a seasoned surfer, we have all the resources to help get your knowledge up to speed.
Your job will be to:
-Greet Customers in an upbeat and enthusiastic way
-Engage with them, research their needs and make appropriate recommendationshopefully ones that stoke them out!
-Check-in and restock new items
-Keep the premises clean and neat
-Work as a team with one goal in mind - to provide the best customer service experience
You need to be a person that likes to learn, hone your skills and engage with customers in a friendly, positive and helpful way.
This is fast paced environment, so we expect you to work with energy and purpose.

About you:
Willing to learn with an open mind
Willing to always improve yourself
Honest, responsible, reliable and on-time to work
Preferably worked at a company for more than 1.5 years.
If you worked less than a year at one company, be sure you have the qualities we are looking for
If you are new to the work force, be sure you give us excellent references we can contact (teachers, friends, community leaders, etc)
