Local, employee-owned Company looking for talented individuals to expand its Kitchen & Bath design team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Building business from a large existing customer base while working closely with a sales team
Working with trade professionals and their clients, to design and quote K&B projects
Designing kitchens, bathrooms, bars, entertainment systems etc, using the 20/20 software
Quoting and managing the full cycle ordering process for all K&B projects from inception to completion
Maintaining pricing and merchandising for the K&B department
Responsible for ongoing K&B Product and Service Training
Leading educational events for trade professionals and sales team
Requirements:
Minimum two years of sales or design experience preferred
Working proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, 20/20
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills
Able to multi-task and work independently, yet cooperatively, with other teams members
Willingness and ability to perform all required duties and additional duties as needed
Access to vehicle; valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record
Able to work any day, including weekends
This is an exempt position.
