We're a California made apparel brand (www.kirakids.com) and just opened our first retail location in Hawaii at the Royal Hawaiian Center. We carry our Kira clothing line and a curated selection of jewelry, artwork, cards, toys and gifts from our favorite designers. We are also the official pop up location for Miffy and our Miffy Hawaii collection (www.miffy.com)!
We are looking to fill multiple Full time and Part time positions in Sales / Customer Service, Management.
Looking for someone who can:
-Provide outstanding customer service.
-Has an ability to understand product lines and make recommendations to customers.
-Operate our POS computer system.
-Receive new products, including quality check and barcoding.
-Merchandise and create visual displays of products.
-Maintain stock and inventory accuracy.
-Opportunity to work on special projects as needed, such as in-store events and social media.
Requirements:
-Strong customer service skills and verbal/written communication skills.
-Must have attention to detail and be able to take ownership of responsibilities.
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
-Experience working independently.
-Familiarity with POS and inventory systems.
-Team player and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with a get it done attitude.
Qualifications:
-Minimum Education: High School or equivalent.
-Basic Microsoft Excel/Word skills and Google Docs.
-2+ years in a customer support or customer facing role.
-Fluency in Japanese preferred.
-Work flexible hours including weekends.
