Mahina is a fashion-forward clothing store, established in the Islands in 2006. We are currently looking for an incredible manager to run our Waimea store!
We need a candidate with a true passion for fashion and a love of working with people. Experience in customer service is required, as well as strong leadership skills and previous management experience.
We're seeking a friendly, efficient, stylish, and creative individual to join our awesome team!
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, decision making, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- A background in retail and a high standard of customer service required
- A positive, outgoing, and friendly manner
- An efficient, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
- An ability to multi-task and be quick on your feet
- A love of fashion is necessary, and a great sense of style is definitely appreciated
- The ability to work with customers by styling them as well as offering excellent help and advice
- Must be trustworthy, honest, reliable, and punctual
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Management background necessary
- Experience with social media, such as Instagram and Facebook, preferred
