Nauru Tower, Honolulu’s iconic luxury residential condominium is looking for highly motivated, team-oriented, and dependable employees. We are now accepting applications for Part-time and Full-time Residential Specialist/Security positions.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Perform general security duties to ensure a safe and secure environment for Nauru Tower and provide superior services for the Nauru Tower residents.
Duties include (but not limited to) responding to emergencies, facilitating the compliance of House Rules, security surveillance and special services.
Work shifts and days may vary.
Qualifications & Skills:
Guard Card, Certified in accordance with HRS 463—10.5.
Ability to read, write, and understand simple verbal or written instructions, including the ability to write incident reports, citations, and shift logs.
Dependable with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Prior experience in hotel or condominium complex preferred.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred.
CPR / AED / First Aid certification a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Drug test and background check required.
Wages based on qualifications and experience.
