Currently, we are accepting applications for Full-Time Site Attendants (40 plus hours per week).
The role entails security and light cleaning to ensure a safe and pleasant environment. Many residents who are elderly appreciate courtesy services as needed.
Duties include (but not limited to) responding to emergencies, performing security duties, facilitating compliance of house rules, and courtesy service.
The ideal candidate:
Is dependable with a positive attitude and professional manner.
Has good written and verbal communication skills.
Has basic computer literacy.
Has High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
CPR / AED / First Aid certification a plus.
