Ko Olina Operations is looking for a qualified individual that can work in a multi-faceted environment supporting security and guest services. Must be a team player and able to work well under pressure, communicate professionally and work with broad demographics, while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor
Currently looking for Weekend Supervisor, 6am - 2:30pm. As positions open up, opportunities may open up as we are a 24 hrs/day, 365 days/year operation.
Shift Supervisor and Manager on Duty - Starting Pay $16/Hr, more for individuals with experience, qualification and certification
Additional responsibilities include:
-Maintaining the safety of staff on duty, provide support for elevated situations
-Transporting staff to different locations on resort, supporting staff
-Respond to emergencies and incidents, react and follow up with reports
-Must have a valid state issued driver license and able to operate a vehicle while abiding by state laws at all times
-Have a clean criminal history and traffic abstract
-18 years or older
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Preferred qualifications for Security:
Act 208 (Guard card certified) and security experience
Computer literate, proficient in report writing
CPR/AED/First Aid certified
-Minimum physical demands for both positions:
Driving up to 8 Hours at a time
Standing/walking for extended periods
Lifting or carrying barriers, cones, chairs and other odd items
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
