RESTAURANT SALES & EVENTS MANAGER:
The Sales & Events Manager is a highly motivated, forward-thinking, creative minded individual that will support all sales & event initiatives for StripSteak and The Street in Honolulu, Hawaii (the Company). This person is primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service for guests and will have a significant focus on managing the door and welcoming all guests to the restaurant and setting the tone for their experience, and execution of all restaurant sales and events activities, and promotion of the brands for general month to month growth in cover counts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior Event Management and Coordination in a fine dining restaurant environment, generally involving at least 2-3 years of experience.
Understanding of financial budgets, and the knowledge of how you have met and exceeded them in past positions.
Understanding of Event Sales Revenue, costs, ticket sales, etc.
Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with a variety of business partners.
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Food and wine knowledge a plus.
Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment.
Responsive to constructive feedback from Chefs, Managers or Staff.
