Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu part of the Fletcher Jones fine family of dealerships is looking for hard-working, energetic, and guest service oriented Sales Consultant for commercial vehicles.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling commercial vehicles by maximizing gross profit, volume and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate products in an innovative way such as using various method to showcase the product and
Adapt and present information to guest in a professional and easy to understand manner
Keep abreast of inventories and recommend the appropriate product for guests
Provide services to guests in a manner that exemplifies personal and professional excellence but consistently producing outstanding results through our commitment to continuous and never-ending improvement
Optimize selling potential through networking and developing client base and follow-up with clients on sold and unsold vehicles
Visit and follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and an opportunity to promote more sales
Attend and/or complete required trainings and meetings to keep up to date of new products, features, accessories, benefits and values
Know, understand and comply with federal, state and local laws governing retail auto sales
Perform administrative duties to meet sales objective and compliance requirement
The ideal candidate will have/be:
high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or
experience with selling commercial products and travels to businesses
able to use computer and navigate different databases and websites
valid driver license
able to stand for an extended period of time
able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
