Are you a charismatic people-person with a competitive drive? We are a niche, custom cabinet shop and full-service remodeling contractor looking for a Lead Sales Executive. Knowledge in residential remodeling a plus, but not required. Bi-lingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) helpful, but not necessary. However, comfort with working in a bi-lingual environment is required.
If you have a strong sales background, but limited construction industry experience, we are willing to train.
This position includes a base salary and provides the opportunity for growth through commission.
Job Type: Full-time (no remote work)
Responsibilities include:
- Lead generation
- Estimating
- Customer Service
- Working directly with homeowners and contractors for residential remodeling
- Project Management
- Kitchen and Bath Design on CAD program (experience not necessary, but comfort with using technology is)
Qualifications:
- Excellent sales ability
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking tradesworkers
- Must have driver's license
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
